Rachael is a Team Leader in the Breast Cancer Now Research Centre at The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR).

The lab aims to understand the role of genetic, transcriptional and epigenetic molecular subclonal evolution of drug tolerant cells to identify rationally guided biomarkers and therapeutic strategies that can halt disease progression with a focus on triple negative breast cancer and invasive lobular breast cancer. This work involves integrating the knowledge gained from studying the epigenetic and molecular make-up of primary patient material, using single cell and spatial profiling in tandem, with modelling disease progression in vivo.
